Are you experiencing an error deleting a group from the console in your System Center 2016 Operation Manager environment ? You receive an error “Verification failed with 1 errors …”.

This is in fact in most cases of a problem very easy to solve.
Double Click the group you want to delete and go to the “subgroups” tab. Verify that this group has no subgroups configured. If this is the case then all you have to do is remove them.
Try again to delete the group and everything should now go well.
