How to set up email notifications in Download Station, the application dedicated to downloading in your Synology NAS.
We had seen in a previous tutorial how to set up an email account in DSM, this time we will see how to use it.
Open the “Download Station” application and then click on the serrated wheel on the bottom left.
In the menu, go to “notification”, then from the “Notification” tab, select the “Enable email notification” checkbox. All you have to do is select an available mail account and fill in the email of the person who will receive the notifications. Finally click to finish on “Ok”.
For your next downloads from the Download Station application, you should now receive e-mails of this type.
