Vos serveurs qui utilisent la solution de partage de fichiers DFS pour « Distributed File System » répondent à des requêtes que l’on appel « Get Redirection ». Ces requêtes utilisent un nom NetBIOS (servershare) par défaut. Il se peut qu’un client se situant dans un autre domaine ne puisse résoudre le nom du serveur retourné par la requête de « Get Redirection » DFS.
Il existe une solution afin de contourner ce problème, il vous suffira de modifier une clé dans la base de registre du serveur DFS.
Exemple :
Lorsque vous êtes connecté sur votre console « DFS Management », dans l’onglet « Namespace Servers » vous pouvez apercevoir les différents serveurs DFS qui hébergent le namespace. Dans l’exemple, nous avons deux serveurs DFS pour le namespace (CF: rouge). Avant d’appliquer la solution de contournement vous devriez avoir un « Path » de ce type :
nomserveurnompartage
Après modification, le « Path » sera de ce type :
nomserveur.domaine.frnompartage
Pour activer les noms FQDN pour vos serveurs namespaces :
1 – Dans un premier temps, si votre serveur DFS héberge déjà une racine DFS ou bien un réplica alors il vous faudra supprimer le serveur et recréer votre racine DFS par la suite.
2 – Démarrez l’éditeur du Registre et cherchez la clé suivante :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesDfs
3 – Si la valeur « DfsDnsConfig » existe déjà alors il vous suffi de l’éditer en modifiant la valeur par 1. Si la valeur « DfsDnsConfig » n’existe pas, vous devez la créer avec les paramètres suivants :
Nom de la valeur: DfsDnsConfig
Type de données: REG_DWORD
Données de la valeur: 0 ou 1
La valeur « 1 » correspond à l’utilisation du nom FQDN.
La valeur « 0 » correspond à l’utilisation par défaut.
4 – Toutes les modifications effectuées ne prendront effet qu’après redémarrage des services DFS.
