Il sont en effet stockés dans une corbeille et sont restaurables jusqu’à 30 jours après leurs suppressions.

Avant toute chose, vous aurez besoin du module MSOL et de ses commandes Powershell pour pouvoir vous connecter au domaine Azure Active Directory et ainsi pouvoir agir sur les objets de ce domaine.

Lancez une console Powershell puis saisissez la commande suivante pour vous connecter :
Connect-MsolService
Un Prompte de connexion apparaît alors et il vous suffit d’utiliser un compte local « onmicrosoft.com » ou bien un compte d’un domaine vérifié pour vous connecter. Le compte devra bien évidemment avoir les droits nécessaires pour se connecter.
Il est maintenant temps de saisir la requête pour purger la corbeille entière, voici la commande :
Note : Il est possible également de cibler un utilisateur précis. Dans ce cas, il vous suffit de préciser l’UPN de l’utilisateur en ajoutant l’option -UserPrincipalName « UPN_Utilisateur » après le Get-MsolUser.
Get-MsolUser -ReturnDeletedUsers | Remove-MsolUser -RemoveFromRecycleBin -Force
