[TUTO] – Exchange 2010 : Comment débloquer la file d’attente Unreachable

Nous parlerons aujourd’hui d’exchange 2010 et comment débloquer la file d’attente Unreachable que vous pouvez apercevoir depuis la console « Queue Viewer ».

Il s’agit en effet d’une file d’attente ou « queue » dans Exchange qui stock tous les mails qui ont été routé vers votre infrastructure de messagerie Exchange Server mais qui n’ont pas été délivré car la boite au lettre (BAL) n’était pas disponible ou bien le domaine introuvable ou autre..

Vous pouvez arriver dans cette situation pour de multiples raisons :

  • Problème de configuration Exchange Server
  • Problème de routing
  • Boite au lettre désactivé
  • etc…

 

Voici un exemple de file d’attente de type « Unreachable » complètement saturé.

 

Pour débloquer cette file d’attente et relancer la distribution des mails, saisissez la commande suivante :

Note : N’oubliez pas de remplacer la valeur VotreServeurExchange par le nom de votre serveur Exchange

Retry-Queue -Identity VotreServeurExchange\Unreachable -Confirm -Resubmit $true

 

Un exemple en image.

 

Il faudra ensuite confirmer la relance des mails en saisissant « A ».

 

Si vous avez correctement réglé le soucis avant de saisir cette commande, alors les mails devraient être routés correctement vers chaque destinataire. Si le problème persiste toujours alors la file d’attente devrait à nouveau se remplir et vous vous retrouverez dans la même situation.
